Technological Chart of Waste Heat Evaporation of Corn Pulp

Process description:

1. This process is suitable for the recovery and utilization of all wet materials when the secondary steam (waste steam) temperature is higher than 78 degrees. It can be widely used in wet corn starch production, alcohol production, all wet materials drying and liquid evaporation enterprises.

2. In the production of wet corn starch, special waste heat recovery equipment can also be used to make a comprehensive blending of waste steam from drying tube bundles of fiber, germ and corn syrup, while ensuring the evaporation of corn slurry, the soaking of corn and the heating of starch washing water. 100% of the three processes in normal production do not use steam.

3. During the normal operation of the evaporation process, 2.4 tons of water can be evaporated per ton of waste steam. At the same time, it can ensure the comprehensive utilization with other units, which greatly reduces the cost of energy consumption of enterprises.

4. Because the exhaust gas is used to the greatest extent many times, it greatly reduces the investment and operation cost of the secondary comprehensive treatment of the exhaust gas, and further improves the economic benefits of the enterprise.

5. The evaporation scheme can protect the heat-sensitive materials because it belongs to low-temperature evaporation, so as to achieve the minimum denaturation of the evaporated materials and the maximum reduction of the increase of the color value of the materials.

6. The evaporation scheme, with special scale inhibitor and dispersant, can achieve long-term non-formation of inorganic salt scale on the inner wall of heating pipe, so as to ensure that the evaporation system keeps the best working condition for a long time.
